Games of Chance
All towns and cities allow the operation of “games of chance” (charitable casinos) unless each individual town or city explicitly votes to prohibit them. Very few municipalities have voted to prohibit “games of chance”. If a town or city has voted to prohibit “games of chance” they would then need to vote to rescind the prohibition by voting “no” to prohibit the operation of “games of chance”.
Games of chance are prohibited within Barrington.
