Fluoridating public water systems is anti-freedom. People ought to have the freedom to consume water without added fluoride. Several municipalities within New Hampshire add fluoride to the public water systems.
Many public water systems serve more than one municipality, and thus municipalities might be fully or partially served by a public water system that adds fluoride.
Most current information on the fluoridation status of a public water system should be obtained by contacting the specific local public water system and inquiring about if they add fluoride to the public water system.
Data most readily available online, which should not be considered completely accurate, indicates fluoride is added to the public water systems within Bedford, Belmont, Concord, Conway, Derry, Dover, Durham, Goffstown, Greenland, Hanover, Hooksett, Laconia, Lancaster, Lebanon, Londonderry, Madbury, Manchester, New Castle, Newington, Portsmouth, and Rochester.
If a municipality has voted to add fluoride to the public water system they would then need to vote “no” on fluoride being used in the public water system to discontinue adding fluoride.

If the public water system of a city, town, or village water district only serves one municipality, then the minimum number of signatures is “10 percent of the registered voters”.

If the public water system of a city, town, or village water district serves more than one municipality, then the minimum number of signatures is “the aggregate of 10 percent of the registered voters in all of the” municipalities served by the public water system.
