Fireworks
All towns allow fireworks unless each individual town explicitly restricts or prohibits them. If a town restricts or prohibits fireworks then the electorate would then need to vote to rescind the restrictions or prohibition.

The minimum number of signatures needed is “25 or more registered voters or 2 percent of the registered voters in town, whichever is less, although in no event shall fewer than 10 registered voters be sufficient”.

Article Structure
To see if the Town will vote to rescind Town Ordinance No. _________ titled “_________”, due to the fact that the possession and display of fireworks is part of American culture. If rescinded, fireworks would be allowed without a permit.
